Our stay at the hotel was truly memorable, celebrating a special occasion in a stunning mountain setting. The room was luxurious with spectacular views, and the staff provided attentive service despite the quieter season. Although there were some minor challenges with the room layout and noise from the rink, the ski-in/ski-out convenience and the excellent amenities made it worth it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room really stood out to me. The only downside was the A/C, which was quite loud. Overall, top-notch service and beautiful amenities made my experience truly special!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The luxury of our suite made our holiday memorable, with stunning views and spacious living areas. While breakfast could take a little longer than expected, the attentive service and great amenities more than made up for it. Just a heads-up, though - our suite was slightly different from the advertised listings, which impacted our sleeping arrangements. Overall, a fantastic option for families seeking comfort and luxury in the heart of the village.

Our stay at The Madeline was a luxurious mountain escape with an exceptional location and service that went above and beyond. While the amenities were fantastic, a few small details needed attention, particularly in the room. However, we truly enjoyed our time there and can't wait to return for more mountain adventures.

My experience at this hotel was highly disappointing due to several issues, particularly with the service and cleanliness. The amenities offered some positives, like a good location and the convenience of a washer and dryer, but the negative experiences, such as noise and cleanliness problems, overshadowed them. While the dining options and activities were decent, I left feeling frustrated with my stay.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious with luxury wood floors, but some features were oddly configured, like the closet placement and safe location. It felt like it could have been better designed.
Service
5.0
Service was generally lacking. We had to call housekeeping multiple times for essentials, which was inconvenient. When speaking with the manager, I felt disrespected when I expressed my concerns.
Location
9.0
The hotel is ideally located near the gondola, making it easy to access skiing and other local attractions. This was a definite plus for our trip.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited and less satisfying than expected. We experienced cold food a couple of times, which was disappointing.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities such as the spa and laundry facilities were nice, but additional attention to cleanliness and maintenance would greatly enhance the experience.
